Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container. However, we are open to discussion for trial orders in smaller quantities for first-time buyers.
The palm sticks are cleaned, sorted, and bundled in large PP bags (approximately 25–30 kg per bundle) secured with rope. Each bundle is suitable for container loading to ensure safe international shipment.
Typically, production and preparation take 2–4 weeks depending on order size. Shipping time will depend on the destination port.
Yes. Our palm sticks are carefully sorted with uniform length (80–120 cm), diameter (2–4 mm), and moisture content below 14%. Every shipment follows export standards and is inspected before loading.
We usually work with standard international trade terms such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Specific payment terms can be discussed based on the buyer’s requirements.
